Does this have the future implication that you cannot change a light bulb in your home – you must have an electric company do it. Pretty soon it will be against the law to change oil in your car or motorcycle lawnmower ? 1984 is upon upon us — thanks for the warning George – except your book gave these insane people these ideas. Nice little niche for the electric union and lobbyists. $$$$$$ shhhhhh.
