This fool must have been new to DG or he’d have known that DG stays right on every detail. You’ll be called on a stupid mistake with the accountings and quickly reprimanded by Corporate with a warning to not to let it to happen again. Theft? Forget it, don’t even think you’ll get by with it.
On the other hand, DG does not reward their hard-working, honest employees well enough. It’s why there is so much turnaround in emloyees. Hire a p*ss poor manager and chances are you’ll end up with a p*ss poor team, the good ones will quickly leave. DG seems to care more about profits than their “families” in each store.
