WATERLOO – A Nora Springs felon allegedly caused a drunk driving accident that left an elderly woman hurt.
Andreas D. Frazier, age 32 of Nora Springs, is accused by Waterloo police of drunk driving, serious injury by vehicle, and third-offense possession of marijuana after an auto accident on June 19. The Waterloo Courier reports that an elderly woman was left with serious injuries in the accident.
After the accident, Frazier was taken to the Black Hawk county jail, where he was held on $8,000 bond. He soon then posted bond and was released, as he awaits a June 30 court hearing.
Frazier has been accused of numerous domestic violence crimes, felony burglary and more.
Most recently, NIT is told Frazier busted out a police car window in Nora Springs. He was arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of first-degree harassment. He has been appointed a public defender and awaits a July 5 court hearing.
