MASON CITY – For the second time in just a few weeks, a Mason City man was taken to jail after police caught him with illegal drugs.
Cerro Gordo deputies responded to the area of 20860 330th Street in Plymouth at about 4:12 PM Sunday afternoon for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival and investigation, 34-year-old Brady Joe Hunt was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He remains held in the jail on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
Hunt was investigated by Mason City police on January 21 and arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of prescription drugs and paraphernalia. He’ll be arraigned later this month on those charges.
