The event is scheduled for Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 10:45 AM. Gov. Branstad will hold a Cerro Gordo County town hall meeting at the Historic Park Inn Hotel, located at 15 West State Street. The event is free and open to the public.
The event is the first of three for the Governor that day. He will leave Mason City and then travel to Fort Dodge for a Webster County town hall meeting and then head to Story City for a Story County town hall meeting.
I would like him more if he would leave Medicaid alone. I know a lot of people who depend on that and I would hate to see them screwed over just for money that the politicians would waste.
LVS, then go to the town hall meeting and talk to him about it. He will not know your opinion unless you are there and tell him. (I would like to go but I will be at work at that time.) At least you could be heard if you show up.

Haven’t you realized by now the gov doesn’t care what your (or any other common person) opinion is? He is going to do what he has always done and that is make sure his agenda moves forward. He doesn’t listen to us, he listens to his fat cat backers.
