MASON CITY – A Mason City man and police are seeking clues after his pickup truck was stolen from his home.

Nathaniel Dodge is missing his 1999 Dodge Ram pickup truck. He tells NIT that it was taken from his house on the morning of October 2.

According to Mason City police, “an unlocked 1999 Dodge Ram truck was reported stolen from the 400 block of 20th Place SW. The truck was parked on the street, unlocked, with key left in it.” Police, however, say it was noticed missing at 5:50 AM that morning.

Mr. Dodge says that his neighbor “heard it leave around 4:45 AM”.

If you may have any information about the whereabouts of this vehicle, or the person or persons involved in taking it, please call Mason City police at 641-421-3636.

Readers are welcome to ask NIT for help in relaying information to the public about crimes that were committed against them. Simply email any details you may have to NorthIowaToday@gmail.com.
