ROCKWELL – A Minnesota man escaped serious injury but not jail, after he allegedly rolled his car early Saturday morning in Rockwell.
Cerro Gordo deputies responded to a report of a rollover accident after 6 AM Saturday morning in Rockwell. At the scene, deputies discovered no injured persons, but after an investigation, 28-year-old Adam Michael Sharpsteen of Albert Lea, Minnesota was arrested. He was charged with operating while intoxicated and failure to maintain control.
Sharpsteen was taken to jail, booked and later released pending a court date.
