DES MOINES – An escaped Iowa inmate has been apprehended after not returning to a Waterloo halfway house.
Eric Livingston, age 26 and a convicted robber, was placed on escape status following an unexcused absence from the Waterloo Work Release Facility. Livingston was transferred to work release on February 25, 2015. This sentence began on March 31, 2009.
Livingston has been apprehended later Tuesday and is now in custody in the Black Hawk County Jail.
