MASON CITY – A Mason City woman was jailed for yelling in a mobile home park.
Mason City police were called to the Gracious Estates mobile home park, 777 South Eisenhower Avenue, on May 21 after 9 PM to deal with a woman who was yelling. Upon arrival, officers encountered 42-year-old Michelle Stump. She was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct.
Stump was taken to the county jail, where she was processed and released pending a court date.
Yelling at 9:00 PM? I didn’t know that was a crime. We could put half my neighborhood in jail for that.
