MASON CITY – A Mason City domestic abuser sentenced to a 6-month stay in Beje Clark was caught with drugs and arrested.
Staff at the Beje Clark halfway house called police Friday afternoon to report that a client of was caught with drugs. As a result, 24-year-old Joshua Alan Wolff was arrested and jailed on charges of possession and attempt to convey contraband and prohibited acts. He is in the county jail at this time awaiting a hearing.
Wolff was caught by Mason City police on September 17 with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He had been on probation since October of 2013, when he pled guilty to felony domestic abuse assault involving strangulation. He was then found guilty of violating his probation in the domestic abuse case earlier this year due to his meth possession, which landed him in Beje.
