MASON CITY – A Hampton man convicted in 2010 of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse against a child has been arrested.
Seth Micheal Munoz, age 22 of Hampton, was arrested on Friday on a warrant for violating the terms of his parole from prison. He was transported to the Cerro Gordo County Jail where he is being held on no bond.
Munoz was convicted in 2010 in Franklin county for assault with intent to commit sexual abuse against a female victim age 13 or younger.
