OLEWIN, IOWA – Law enforcement announced Wednesday that a missing teen has been located in Mobile, Alabama, and returned to her parents.
The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office reports that 16-year-old Olivia May Rupright of rural Oelwein went missing on Tuesday February 10, 2015, and had been sought ever since.
Today, it was announced that Olivia has been located in Mobile, Alabama. She was found late in the evening of February 24th. Olivia was found to be in good health and no foul play is suspected, officials said. She has now been returned to the custody of her parents.
Mobile, Alabama authorities assisted in locating her. Fayette County Sheriff’s Office wants to thank all of those who called in tips as to her whereabouts.
