MASON CITY – A woman who was arrested after police executed a search warrant at her Mason City house and found drugs has pleaded guilty and serving a jail sentence.
Police went to a rental house at 226 5th Street NE on the evening of September 20, 2014 with a search warrant. During the course of the search of the house, police determined that 33-year-old Lynda L. Lindsay was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and placed her under arrest.
Lindsay has been charged with four drug offenses by Mason City police. She pleaded two two drug charges on January 28 and was sentenced to two weeks in jail and ordered to pay $1,348.50 in fines and court fees.
