MASON CITY – A Mason City man failed to show up in court on trespassing charges was caught by police and taken to jail.
Terry Alvin Thompson, age 55, was caught by Mason City police Thursday evening at the Casey’s gas station at 606 North Monroe Avenue. He was wanted on a warrant in connection to a criminal trespassing charge brought earlier this month by Mason City police. He is also charged with third degree theft.
Thompson remains jailed on $4,000 bond as he awaits a court date.
