MINNEAPOLIS – Minneapolis Police are asking for the public’s help in providing information on a homicide that occurred last summer.
On Augusts 16, 2014 at 2:20 am, officers from Minneapolis Police Department’s 5th Precinct responded to the area of 4th Avenue South and Franklin Avenue East on a report of a female on the ground. Officers arrived and found Nanette Marie Haghi/DOB: 12-19-1967 on the ground suffering from a stab wound to her chest. She was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center where she died from that wound.
Information from witnesses in the area report that she was seen fighting with a slender, black male with long dread locks. This male was seen running from the body as she fell to the ground.
