MASON CITY – A Charles City man who was given a deferred judgement after he stole from Wal-Mart was jailed again after he violated his probation.
Cody James Miller, age 19, was wanted after an arrest warrant was issued earlier this week. He is accused of violating the probation he was given in connection to a deferred judgement in a fifth degree theft case. Miller had been caught stealing at Wal-Mart in Mason City in 2014.
Miller turned himself in on the arrest warrant Thursday. He was released that day and awaits a January 28 court date.
