Rud -where do we go? Human services? Mason City? – Get a life -your a public servant with an overbearing union rep – Who pays your salary and benefits ?

Sorry your wrong I just believe in standing up for myself and not using excuse’s to blame other workers for having something better then I do. And yes joining a Union would help you get better pay and benefits but they are not perfect. They are just as strong and good as its members. But better then trusting management to do the right thing and supply benefits and a fair salary to employees.

Obamacare at it’s finest…

I wonder how much the city employees contribute to their health insurance premiums?

This is great news for the employees. Now if all the people who complain about public servants will just grow a pair and fight for their own benefits plan instead of sitting on their ass complaining about others we would all be better off.

Might now be to good for the taxpayers.

Damn “not”

If they are dropping premiums it is because they are increasing co-pays and deductibles. The insurance company’s never give anything back.

The best paid employees in manly are the public servants which includes school teachers – the rest of us just live month to month like most of america nowdays.
