CHARLES CITY – Police in Charles City responded to a report of an intoxicated person on school grounds last week and took a man to jail.
On October 16, at about 10:12 AM, officers with the Charles City police department responded to the Charles City High School at the 300 block of Salsbury Avenue after a caller reported a possibly intoxicated individual at that location. Police arrived and discovered 41-year-old Gregory Floyd and placed him under arrest. He was charged with public intoxication and possession of alcohol on school grounds.
Floyd awaits a hearing on October 24.

They come to get a public housing voucher which can then “transported” wherever he desires. They do this as the wait list in N. Iowa is relatively short.

Where in this article does it state that the man was from outside Charles City (import), stalking, (troll) underage girls? Do you just make this stuff up?
