Waterloo police searching for man in connection with homicide

WATERLOO – Waterloo police are searching now for a man in connection to the death of a man who was found in the woods.

On Tuesday, September 9, 2014 around 8:30 PM Waterloo Police opened a missing person report on 44 year old Ronald Dean Randall of Waterloo. During the investigation Waterloo Police searched a wooded area south of Waterloo off highway 218 and located a body believed to be Ronald Randall. An autopsy was performed on the body by the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Ankeny and determined the death was a homicide. Due to the condition of the body official identification has not been made pending further forensic examination. In conjuction with the investigation a search warrant is being executed at AJT Auto Repair located at 2014 Black Hawk Street.

Waterloo Police are currently looking for 43 year old Anthony Tronca, the owner of AJT Auto Repair and 29 year old Jessica Ogden in connection with the investigation. Tronca and Ogden’s where abouts are not know at this time. Waterloo Police are offering a $1,000.00 (one thousand dollar) reward for information leading to the arrest of Anthony Tronca on outstanding warrants
