A Cerro Gordo deputy conducted a traffic stop on September 12 at about 6:47 PM near 4th Street SW and Cerro Gordo Way. A car driven by 56-year-old Willie Harrison Newman was stopped due to traffic violations. There were four passengers in the vehicle which included a three-year-old child.
