University of Iowa police report arrests during game

kinnick-stadium-end-zone-hawkeyesIOWA CITY – The following individuals were arrested during Iowa Hawkeye football game day operations:

Fix, David Phillip-Talley, 24 of Menominee,MI for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1153 hours. Fix was seen starting an argument with another patron. Fix had slurred speech and difficulty standing. Fix also had a bottle of Jim Bean in his pants pocket. Fix refused PBT

Schuhmacher, Shane Randall, 23 of North Liberty,IA for Public Intox at Hospital Ramp 1 at 1223 hours. Shuhmacher was found unconscious in ramp. Shuhmacher smelled strongly of an alcoholic beverage. Schuhmacher refused medical. Schuhmacher blew .267 PBT

Mefferd, Cody Michael, 21 of Walker,IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1405 hours. Mefferd was found passed out in a locked bathroom stall, with vomit all over. Upon getting the stall unlocked Mefferd was ordered to pull up his pants and exit the stall. Meffered had slurred speech and had trouble keeping his balance. Mefferd blew .168 PBT.
