MASON CITY – A convicted meth dealer, recently released from prison, has been charged with violating the terms of his probation for at least the fifth time.
Chad Aaron Maskarina, age 41, had been sent to prison in 2013 after he had violated his probation at least four times after he had pleaded guilty to a drug charge for delivering methamphetamine. He had been in and out of the Beje Clark revolving door halfway house and was finally sent to prison in August and released in February of 2014.
On July 10th, Maskarina was again charged with violating the terms of his probation and parole from prison and a warrant as issued for his arrest. Mason City police placed him under arrest on July 20th at his home on North Madison Avenue.
Maskarina is being held on no bond.
