MASON CITY – An Eastern Iowa teen was injured Monday when he lost control of his motorcycle on a rural Cerro Gordo county road.
According to the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office, at about 8:53 PM, a deputy responded to a single vehicle motorcycle accident near the intersection of 210th Street and Finch Avenue. Lucas Antonio Barillas received minor injuries from the accident. Clear Lake and Mason City fire medics responded to the scene. Barillas was transported to Mercy Hospital by Mason City fire medics.
Barillas was not charged in this incident.
