MASON CITY – A Mason City man convicted of violent domestic assault and indecent exposure was arrested Saturday.
Lane Edward Factor, age 58, was arrested at about 2:44 PM by Mason City police at his home at 510 South Illinois Avenue for violation of the sex offender registry.
Factor was convicted in 2012 of indecent exposure; his victim was a female between the age of 14-17.
Factor is in the Cerro Gordo County Jail at this time, held on $2,000 bond.

This guy at one time not too long ago lived in apartment complex just east of Jefferson School.He has beat his onetime wife and if not mistaken he stabbed her.I’m sure he has been to prison for same type of behavior.I remember him flashing my girlfriend back in 80’s beat him so bad he was taken to hospital.Never f*cked with me again or my now wife again.Used to see him in Hy-Vee east all the time its all I could when I would see him not to stomp all over his ugly *ss
