CHESTER, IOWA – A one vehicle crash this weekend in North Iowa injured four Minnesotans.
According to a report, on Saturday morning at about 1:25 AM, a 2010 Chevy Cobalt driven by 21 year-old Zachary Taylor of Spring Valley, Minnesota was southbound on Highway 63 near 10th Street at the Iowa-Minnesota border when Taylor allegedly over-corrected, losing control of the car. The vehicle then entered the opposite ditch and struck multiple trees .
Taylor and three occupants inside the car – all from southern Minnesota – were injured and taken to a Rochester, Minnesota hospital.
Charges are pending in the accident.
