MASON CITY – A Mason City teenager has been reported missing since Thursday.
Nicole E. Krueger, age 15, was reported missing to the Mason City Police Department (641-421-3636), in Mason City on October 11, 2012.
According to Mason City police, “this is the 8th time since May of 2012 that she has been reported as a missing person. She is 15 years old, and a white female. The disappearance does not appear to be suspicious or involuntary. She has a cell phone but appears to screen her calls when parents or law enforcement call it. Anyone that knows her whereabouts is asked to contact local law enforcement so she can be reunited with her parents.”

This girl is a danger to herself. You can blame the liberals for this kind of issue. They enable these kids and they are told in school that they do not have to follow the rules of the parents.

Wow! This young girl was found by police at my house last nite! Had no idea she was a run away! She came over with her boyfriend who is a friend of my sons. And she didnt look anything like the pic I seen on here! Her hair was a burgundy red color.
Nothing seemed suspicious to me cuz she did have a cell phone so I assumed everything was okay. I hadnt been home very long from a friends wedding when the police came to get her!
Dont know if my son knew about her “missing” but believe me I will find out! And I will be laying down the law with these kids!
To my knowledge this girl hasnt been over to our house before & definitely will not be allowed back!!! Its CRAP that she not only put her loved ones through this but put my family in this too by having the cops come there for her! I really dont appreciate cops coming to my house for others stupidity!
This kid is a totally defiant when it comes to rules and the law. She thinks rules don’t apply to her and that the law and law enforcement are stupid. I’ve known this girl for a very long time and I feel so sorry for the parents. The reason she don’t want to go home, runs away is because she refuses to abide by the parents rules. She thinks she knows it all. My daughter brought her home a few times, I over heard a few of conversations they had and I was totally in awe of the way she talked about her parents. How she would do whatever she wanted and they wouldn’t ever be able to stop her. The talk of the things she did with boys was really an eye opener. Once she was out of our house I let my daughter know that she wasn’t allowed back in our home and she wasn’t to hang around her any more. My daughter gave me the whole low down on this little gal and said she had decided on her own that she wasn’t going to have anything to do with her anymore. If they can’t do anything with her at home then maybe a placement at Quakerdale in Waterloo or a Bootcamp would give her a good taste of reality.
Id say shes defiant…when I told her the cops were here for her she shook her head no & wasnt going to come out of the room! I couldnt believe that she acted like the cop or I couldnt make her leave…like she expected me to lie to the cops for her! She shouldve followed her parents rules cuz where she is now Im sure the rules suck worse!

Has the authorities investigated why this young girl continuously tries to leave home?? Regardless of how terrible children act, there is always a reasoning behind it. Kids don’t just lash out. It’s sad to see young women acting out like this when there are young girls out there being abducted and truly missing. My advice for the parents is to re-evaluate their parenting techniques. Maybe some family counseling is in order…I just hope they look somewhere besides Mason City for it.

i am the anonymous with the step daughter. not sure who your talking about or what the H your talking about. I actually do not see anything wrong or negative with any statements still on here. everything I see is the truth weather you like it or not. exactly which statements are negative please. from what I have read on here it simply looks like the girl has dicipline problems for some reason. WHY?? I dont know. I just hope her homelife is stable.
reminds me of my step daughter. 15 going on 30. caused us alot of headaches. but turned out ok. now with a child of her own and we have the right to say “I told you so” grandkids are revenge for the hell the kids put you thru

Nicole, my parents would have locked me in my room forever had I pulled this stunt once, let alone 8 times! But they wouldn’t have had to do that because kids would have never have dreamed of being that disobedient when I grew up. It’s time for you to learn that life does NOT revolve around you and your wants and needs. Grow up!

I wonder how involved her parents are in her life and why they haven’t insisted that this relationship end if it is creating such turmoil for the family.
8 times reported missing, because of this childs lack of respect for her parents and other authority type figures becomes a horrible misuse of the police and the Missing Person Information Clearinghouse Iowa Division.
